Yesterday a new Traffic Exchange launched (which is free to join and upgrade if you want, or not). ‘So what!’ I hear you say, well this one is not just new but also has some very new ideas not found in other conventional manual traffic exchanges, hence the name “New Way 2 Surf” (NW2S). One of the new ideas is this traffic exchange will help you build your list using your autoresponder, more on that below.

I have been lucky enough to get a sneek preview and use of NW2S for a few weeks now and I must say, I love the design and layout and ease of use, especially love that I get to “hover” all over the place – not just in the surf.. let me explain further, in this manual traffic exchange you don’t click anything to move onto the next advertisers page, you simply hover over the correct symbol, great fun. Also, the back office functions are “no click” as well, you just hover over where you want to go and your there, very neat.. one downside I have found though is I keep hovering where I want to go in other programs too and then wonder why after a few seconds I am still on the same page so it’s addictive and habit forming LOL

For me, customer service is always a top priority in anything I do off or online, whether I am supplying it or hopefully receiving it, having been involved with John Guanzon before with “ProfitHustler”, “Traffic Pro-X” (his other manual traffic exchange) and a number of other programs, I knew John to be a responsive and caring admin and so getting involved with “NW2S” would be a ‘no brainer’ on that score, John will always find a way to help his members and he is very “Hands On”.

However, although I have seen Jennifer Herold’s (owner of “Clickinpeople” traffic exchange) name in various places on the internet I had no idea if she would be the same, but I can tell you, she is and boy is she fast!!, if you have a problem, you almost just gotta think about it and bam! it’s sorted out.. so NW2S already gets an “A+” from me for customer service.

The new ideas John and Jen have for this traffic exchange are just plain brilliant and let me tell you, they have created their system to give proper step by step training to anyone new to traffic exchanges.

Another marvellous idea is their patented list building tool which is called “The Ezine Ad” and this is offered to all members, both free and upgraded. It helps you build your own list and no, not Johns or Jennifers, yours! because this system is tied in with “Aweber”, “Email Aces” and “Get Response” autoresponder programs. Anyone clicking on your Ezine Ad within the NW2S system is entered into YOUR list via YOUR autoresponder making this another fantastic way to help build your new and current lists, now I don’t know of any other manual traffic exchange that offers that service to it’s members, if I am wrong then please let me know.

OK enough from me, check it out for yourself, click the banner, it’s free to join.

5 second Audio Ads is set to be one of the major ways you can advertise your business.  Your target market needs to do nothing other than what they are already doing, which is surf the net, when they land on a webpage that YOU have targeted through keywords AND if they are living in the area you have also Geo Targeted, perhaps at a specific time of day (again specified by you) – if their browser is java enabled then when they land on that webpage your 5 second audio ad will play and that visitor does not need to click anything to hear your very unobtrusive adlet.

Also, very nearly ready to go is the ability called “key2link” and that means, when the visitor lands on the webpage with your ad on it, as part of the audio ad they will hear they will also hear instructions on how to see further information simply by clicking the number “2″ on their keyboard.

For instance, Luigi’s Pizza ad would go something like this:

“2 for 1 at Luigi’s Pizza, Fifth Avenue, hit key 2 for menu”

That ad would of course be targeted to Surfers in the New York Area, perhaps going out between the hours of 11am to 2pm.  If the listener wants to they then hit “2″ and another small window opens up with Luigi’s menu in it and contact information in it and anything else he deems necessary.

Here is an excerpt from my Authorized Agents page, please do click the link for further information, clicking the link does not mean you are placing an ad.

Internet audio is the future: everyday we are surprised with new inventions and innovations in technology. NetAudioAds is no exception. The internet is the world’s largest communication distribution platform, and it has more than 907 million daily online visitors. 97% of computers sold today come equipped with audio, and nearly all users have their audio turned on. There is no other form of media available in the world that can assure your advertisement has been heard more than NetAudioAds and it’s 100% traceable and 100% verifiable. The NetAudioAds servers are clocking 9,000 hits per second triggered from audio ad code on more than 24 million webpages in the distribution network. Using Net Audio Ads technology to connect to the millions of users on the internet is the perfect way to get your message out into the world. The best part is, an internet user must open a webpage in order to hear the ad, which means he is sitting right there, listening, when your ad plays. What other form of media advertising can say that?

NetAudioAds 3rd party BPA audit is continuing to scrub porn, hate and crime type websites as well as websites that use questionable tactics to obtain traffic (bots, auto surfs, etc.). There is no other online media source (that plays audio ads) that is 3rd party verified. NetAudioAds takes pride in the fact that the company is using a 3rd party to audit their reports and guarantee that advertisers get an accurate picture of where their adlets are being played.

Whether you’re a small local business or a giant international firm, you can put the power of Pay Per Play 5-second audio advertising to work for you, with competitive rates and advertising packages tailored to meet your individual needs.

For further information and/or to order an adlet please click here: NetAudioAds Agents WebPage

Setting: The 80th Academy Awards at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood…

Date: 24th February 2008

Singing legend (yes people he sings too) Donny Osmond arrives with his lovely wife “Melissa“of almost 30 years (you don’t see that much in Hollywood, long term marriages that is, not arrivals LOL)..

Not sure how amused Debbie Osmond will be about her new name though :)

Come on people get the simple facts right at least!! Melissa Osmond is Donny and Debbie’s daughter-in-law!!

Mind you, I know Donny has a great sense of humor and I am darn sure Debbie will have too so they probably will see how amusing this is.. good job really LOL

So whoever wrote the little ditty below, needs a little education. They can get that by popping on over to Donny’s website Donny.com and find out all kinds of things.. it’s easy, I believe it would come under the heading of “investigative journalism”

Decided to have a good old RANT post today.. why not.. it can be good for you to let it all out AND I admit, I have stolen the idea from a guy I know called Jeremy who has a whole blog devoted to ranting, it’s called “What’s Gotta Go” and if you like a good rant, then there are some great ones there.

And so to my rant… today I had to drive to the Severn Bridge (the old one) off the M4 in England from my home in Ammanford, South Wales.. like I often have to do, to pick up my son who has been visiting with his dad during his schools half term break.

Just for interest sake, there are some great pictures here on Wikipedia of various views of said Bridge..

Anywho… at the moment, on the trip to the Bridge, I have to go through a huge network of roadworks on the M4 between Junction 33 and 28 (roadworks are there until 2009, deep joy, not!).

Now as these roadworks, like many on motorways, use a contraflow system which splits some of us over onto the opposite carriageway, I am totally sure most people reading this will be familiar with those wonderful contraptions LOL – well in this one, the contraflow takes us into a single lane, 50mph speed limit and of course no passing anyone..

We are all plodding along like good kiddies at just under the speed limit (we all know the speed limit is not a target officer), nice gaps between the cars, etc, etc, blah, blah.. until about one mile into it!!!

In a nice long reasonably straight part of the contraflow (so you can see well ahead) we all start to slow down, first to 45, then 40, then the two or three cars ahead of me have to apply their brakes a bit sharpish but only for a second and then we are down to 30, oh then we go back up to 35, then 40, then 45 THEN the whole flippin scenario repeats itself AND it repeats itself for the REMAINDER of the contra flow (6 miles in total) – so obviously, by now I am looking ahead trying to see why the heck we are all playing “stop, start, stop, start” and about five cars ahead of me, I can see the tail lights of this 4×4 and ahead of that car I can see… a bloody huge gap!! between the 4×4 and the next set of people going through the contra flow, it’s easy to see, it’s almost dark so we have our lights on of course.

What is holding this guy up? well.. as far as I could see, nothing! however every now and then, he seems to think the car behind him is a bit close, so he breaks, so we all have to break and yes of course that ends up bringing you closer to the car in front..

Guess what, you can also see the poor chump behind him as he breaks then tries to leave a reasonable distance again but with the erratic speed of said 4×4, you can see he is finding it hard.. by now I look in my rearview mirror and can see a huge tail back of cars as this has a knock on (or should I say a knock back) effect..

Now this is only just past the local areas rush hour.. so there are a ton of cars on the M4, in this freakin contraflow.. the local area by the way being CARDIFF for goodness sake, so we are talking major peeps wanting to get home to their hot din-dins lovelingly prepared for them by er… well Mr or Mrs whoever….

I can see so many shiny white knuckles as drivers grip their steering wheels probably in growing temper or possibly fear, who knows..

But still this guy persists, he must see what is happening in his own rearview mirror, his vehicle is high enough to afford him a wonderful view of the “white knuckle brigade” behind him.. so I have to assume then that he likes to do this to people, in fact, he is enjoying the power this single lane traffic is affording him.. yes he is “Drunk with power” argggggghhhhhhh!!!

You may wonder why I refer to this driver as he, him, etc.. yes it did occur to me at one point.. “is this driver a women,? she is a bit nervous perhaps” and so on… BUT it was a MAN!! oh yes.. when we FINALLY got to the end of the contraflow and got back over to our 3 lane side of the motorway, we all passed the 4×4, every one of us looking to our left as we pass (honest that guy should have been 6 foot under with the looks he got oh and the hand gestures, well, I don’t think I can go into that on this family friendly blog LOL).

I had more to rant about with the rest of the journey regarding “tail gaiters” but I see I have gone on for long enough..

Do come and join me in the comments section and tell me your rant.. go on, get it out of your system, it feels good.. you can rant about drivers if you want, or something completely different.. let’s have a rant session…

Over to you..

Well I think so, the ones I have come across so far in my very new blogging career.

So I decided today to do a little thank you to one of the many people who have personally helped me and I might do this kind of thing again another time too.. who knows.. hey “I am Woman” I make things up as I go along and they ain’t a whole lot you can do about it is there? – that is not a challenge LOL

OK so a little background, I have a new blog I have been quietly working on, something completely different from this one, it’s called “World of Wellness” and will deal with all kinds of issues concerning our wellness and that of the planet we live on.

This morning I finally get down to do research for my latest article over there (which is now posted, called “Indecent Exposure, Toxins and our kids”) and in my meanderings around the internet I get totally sidetracked (I do that when I go shopping too, so be warned if you were thinking of inviting me along for some retail therapy!) and I ended up on this guys blog called “Creating an Awesome Home Business” – said guy is called Martin Malden **waves to Martin in case he is reading this** and in particular this most recent post of his “How to Create an Additional Income Stream

Yeah I know, how the heck do I get from researching toxic chemicals to Income Streams? Well I do not know, it just happened ok, even though I am a female I do reserve the right to not know what the hell is going on with us most of the time, just like the rest of you (probably men out there) although I may not swear to that in a court of law..

Anyway, I digress as usual, if you go read Martin’s great post you will later see my first comment to him, which will explain why it interested me and since leaving that comment Martin has emailed me with all kinds of wonderful advise and offers of help.. so I say again, Arn’t Bloggers just scrumptious people? and thank you Martin for the great article and consequent offer of help.

So if you are just starting out with your own home business then I suggest you jump on over to Martin’s place for lots of useful help, you will get a nice welcome.

And Martin, I have added you to my links lower down in the sidebar.

I found this great animation for “Big Brother” and had to then share the website it came from because there are some really great animations AND because it is a UK website, I like to help get more exposure for UK websites when I can.  By the way he has hundreds of different gifs, not just Big Brother gifs.

This is the Big Brother one and I love it, being a BB fan (quit chuckling in the back there please LOL).

BBFlag

These animations are all free but Dave Sutton (owner of website) does ask that if you use any of them that you kindly link back to his website which is “SevenoaksArt”

And you can see another of his works at my free Social Network called “The Success Network” which is one of those “Kilroy” types and it is taking the pee pee out of the admin of the site (which is of course me!).

And just in case you were wondering how I found the BB gif well it was not because I was looking for all things BB (honest) it was because Dave and I met via the PayPerPlay forum and I had to be nosey and go look at his website.. that’s the truth and I’m sticking to it.. if you want to know what “PayPerPlay” is, then click the linked words.

Hope you enjoy the gifs.
